The Flatiron Group, Inc. is closely affiliated with Fitch Development Group, Inc. and Brown Trout Holdings, LLC. Since 2003, The Flatiron Group, Inc. and its affiliates have been responsible for the development of over forty apartment complexes throughout Florida, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. These previous forty properties represent over $100 Million dollars in real estate development.
