As the founder and President of The Flatiron Group, Inc., Hollis oversees the company’s development and financing activities. Prior to developing affordable housing under The Flatiron Group name, Hollis was affiliated with Landmark Asset Services, Inc. in Winston-Salem, NC. During his time consulting with Landmark, Hollis was responsible for the development of over forty multifamily properties throughout Florida, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, and Texas. Hollis has been responsible for the development of over $100,000,000 worth of real estate since 2005.
Hollis is a graduate of the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Finance.
Paul has over 35 years of experience and extensive skill in developing and maintaining a network of relationships with investors, contractors, government agencies and management companies. He has a broad background in developing apartments, houses, and subdivisions as well as a depth of experience being a financial advisor for both market rate and tax advantage developments. Paul has syndicated tax advantage products both before and after the Tax Reform Act of 1986.
Prior to entering the real estate business, Mr. Fitch worked for a national Public Accounting firm after receiving his CPA designation in 1973. He also spent nine years in banking where the majority of the emphasis was on business and profit planning.
Paul is a graduate of Marshall University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.
A graduate of Binghamton University in New York with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Masters in Accounting, Casey Oleksy joined The Flatiron Group, Inc. in 2012 to focus on accounting and financial reporting matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Oleksy served as CFO for a Charlotte-based, private investment commercial real estate firm. She brings 4 years of public practice and 10 years in private practice in several accounting roles within the Construction and Real Estate field, including Director of Accounting, Controller, and CFO to the Firm.
Ms. Oleksy is a member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
Anderea has years of experience managing a variety of functions including marketing, community relations and office administration. She joined The Flatiron Group to oversee the day-to-day operations and to work closely with the President.
Anderea is a graduate of Wingate University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing.
